Warranty Information

We provide various warranty for our products.

Aluminium window & door come in either residential graded or commercial graded materials.

Commerical graded materials come with 7 years warranty against any material defects, dents, damages, deformation. Residential graded materials come with 3 years warranty.
Accessories for commercial graded products come with 5 years warranty, including wheels, locks, rubber. Accessories for residential products come with 2 years warranty. The branded stainless steel locks, Austral Locks, Lockwood come with 10 years warranty from the brand. They can be installed on our commercial system as per agreements.
Mohairs & timber reveal on all window and doors are not covered under warranty.
Powder coating & custom paints are covered by our 3 years warranty.
Scratches (<5mm) to the materials occurred during transit and installation are not covered under warranty. Touch up paints are available for purchase if needed. We will ensure there will not be significant scratches/marks(>5mm) on your products.
