Shipping Information

We partner with Fastway Couriers to ship our products nationwide. All our products are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap or foam wrap before pick up by courier drivers to ensure the safe receipt.

Our shipping method including the following features:

  • fully trackable via fastway website
  • 1~3 business days once shipped to interstates
  • fully insured for parcel lost
  • automated delivery update notification sent via emails or mobile text messages
  • free 1 time redelivery or pick up at your local agent if not delivered the first time

You must enter your details, suburb names, postcode correctly to avoid any redelivery costs. Please note: Sydney is a suburb of Sydney area with postcode 2000. If your postcode is 2162, your suburb is not Sydney. The same applies to Melbourne, 3000.

Resizing Shipping Freight

We do not cover the shipping costs if the size you provided is not correct. You can send the product back to us for resizing. You will need to pay the freight cost before we ship the resized product back to you.

Warranty Freight Costs

We will cover the freight for warranty claims. We carefully examine the products before shipment from any defects and damages. Generally speaking, we will take all necessary steps to resolve any warranty claims to our mutual satisfaction.  We will cover the freight of replacement products or parts to you if needed.
